Goodway Nursery School is a Local Authority maintained Nursery school offering up to 152 part-time places of 15 hours per week. We follow Birmingham Local Authority’s guidelines for admission to nursery schools.
Government Childcare support:
3-4 Year Old Universal Offer:
3 year olds are entitled to a free part time place of 15 hours from the beginning of the term following their third birthday.
Working Parents: 15 and 30 hours childcare for eligible working families in England
Working parents of 3 and 4 year olds may be entitled to 30 hours of funded childcare.
Working parents of 2 year olds may be entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare.
2 Year Old- 15 Hours early learning for families with additional support.
If your child is 2 years old and your family receives some addtional forms of support, they may be entitled to 15 hours of funded early learning under a separate scheme.

Opening times

Monday 9.00am – 3.00pm, Tuesday 9.00am – 3.00pm and Wednesday 9.00am-12.00pm

Wednesday 12.30pm-3.30pm, Thursday 9.00am – 3.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm
Early Birds & Barn Owls wraparound care:
8.00am – 4.00pm
Fee Paying Places:

This can be used to ‘Top up’ a part time 15 hour place to create a Full time place.

3-4 year old place £105 per 15 hours.

2-3 year old place £105 for 15 hours.
